Rachel joined GGFI Law in 2024 and practices primarily in the areas of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Real Estate, Wills, Trusts, and Estates. Rachel’s experience in multiple practice areas allows her to take a multi-disciplinary approach and provide clients with comprehensive and insightful legal advice.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria and a Juris Doctor from Queen’s University. Rachel articled at WeirFoulds LLP, a full-service firm in Toronto, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015. Shortly after her call to the Bar, Rachel moved to the UK where she worked at the University of Cambridge drafting and negotiating research contracts. In 2019, Rachel was called to the Bar in British Columbia where she practised as both a solicitor and barrister at a well-respected, full-service law firm in Victoria, BC.
Rachel and her family moved from British Columbia to the Waterloo Region in 2024. Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring the Waterloo Region and beyond.
