Karin specializes in estate administration, residential real estate and adoption law. She assists clients who are interested in step-parent and relative adoptions. Karin is currrently the Managing Partner at GGFI Law. In this role, she works closely with staff members at all levels to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the firm.
Karin earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Honours Political Science at the University of Waterloo, followed by a law degree at Queen’s University. Karin articled with GGFI and was called to the Bar in 2005. Karin is fluent in German and can assist our German clients in their native tongue, if desired. Karin is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Waterloo Law Association.
In her free time, Karin enjoys horse-back riding, traveling and supporting her childrens' various activities. Karin resides with her husband and her two children in Kitchener.
