I grew up in the Waterloo Region with my family who taught me the value of integrity, hard work and sharing a good joke or two. After completing my undergraduate studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, I attended Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. I joined GGFI Law LLP after my first year of law school, completed my articles here and, after my call to the bar in 2022, I returned as an associated lawyer to GGFI Law LLP, which has been serving our community for over 40 years.
I focus my practice on matters related to corporate/business law, real estate transactions, estates, trusts and charity law. Whether I am helping with a new land development project, assisting with the buying or selling of a home, preparing Powers of Attorney and Wills or helping with any other need that may arise, I dedicate myself fully to delivering exemplary service. I do not shy away from complicated matters, but apply myself to understanding the issues, crafting solutions and serving others with the gifts, time and mind I have been given.
While not working, I enjoy teaching part time at the University of Waterloo, getting outdoors, volunteering at my church and spending time with my wonderful partner and family (which does include my cat, Leo)
