Mina graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Upon graduating, he attended the University of Windsor Faculty of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 2014. Notably, during his time in law school, Mina represented the University of Windsor at the Laskin Moot Competition, a national bilingual administrative/constitutional moot competition. Mina was called to the bar in 2015.
Mina articled, and commenced practice, with a well-respected boutique litigation firm, specialising in insurance litigation. In this role, Mina successfully represented his clients’ interests before all levels of court, including the Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Justice, and various arbitrators and tribunals, including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the License Appeal Tribunal.
Mina’s practice is focused in civil litigation where he is able to advocate tirelessly and skillfully for clients in a broad range of legal areas before various courts and tribunals.
